During this time, buyers tend to pause their house-hunting journey, and sellers push back on listing their property until after New Year. Last week, there were a total of 4 closings in Montecito, which was the highest level of closings over the past few weeks. There were 3 new listings, 1 price reduction, and 2 back on the market. There are a total of 29 active listings in the Montecito market, which is down slightly from last week.
