As October came to an end, the new listings and sales in the Montecito real estate market were few. Inventory remains low for the time being but that will likely improve after the holiday season.
Last week, 2 new Montecito listings hit the market, 3 sales have gone pending, and 2 sales closed. 38 listings are currently on the market.
