After purchasing a struggling business in 2018, she rebranded, renovated, and led a team of 40, transforming it into a thriving establishment. Her efforts led to a successful acquisition and expansion to two additional locations, selling her business for 30% over the asking price. As the founder and former owner of Sol Seek Yoga Studio, Jill exemplifies entrepreneurial dedication, resilience, and strategic innovation. In transitioning from wellness to real estate, she brings with her the values of warmth and heart-centered teamwork that defined her yoga studio.

As a budding investor herself, Jill has firsthand experience in design, construction, and navigating the intricacies of permitting in Santa Barbara County.

As a UC Santa Barbara alumna and a Santa Barbara resident since 2010, Jill is deeply committed to serving her community and is intimately familiar with the local market dynamics.

Giving Back and Living Fully

Jill is the Treasurer of the Board of Directors at Girls Inc. of Greater Santa Barbara, a local nonprofit building a new generation of strong, smart, and bold leaders in our community. She also serves as an Entrepreneurship Instructor at Women's Economic Ventures, another nonprofit dedicated to helping women and underserved populations gain financial independence.

During her free time, you’ll see Jill hiking, surfing, rock climbing, teaching yoga, or dancing at concerts. She also loves to travel and has explored over 35 countries, many of them solo!
